Powder Coating Technician

Compensation: $18-$20 to start (Experienced personnel will be individually evaluated during interview)
Merge has installed a brand new conveyorized Powder Coating line and batch booth and we are looking for quality personnel. No previous experience is required – if you’re reliable, willing to learn, and able to do manual labor all day, we have a great place for you.
Hours: M-TH 6am-5pm with a 1hour lunch
Benefits: 56 hours PTO in first year, 9 paid holidays, paid health insurance, Retirement match up to 3%, and 3 day weekends.
Job Responsibilites:
- Hanging of Parts
- Application of powder to parts
- Inspection of parts to meet quality standards.
- Packaging
- Crating
- Assembly of completed products
Qualifications:
- Manual Labor experience is required
- Powder coating experience is a bonus but NOT required
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Driven work ethic with great attendance.
